Arrival 12:00 onwards - Free time to settle in and explore the grounds
16:00 Animal mindfulness with Lucy
Free time to use the Spa
18:30 Welcome Dinner in the Lake View Restaurant
20:00 Sunset Yoga and Meditation

Day 2; 21.06.2024
WORLD YOGA DAY
07:00 ‘Sunrise’ Yoga
Group Breakfast
10:00 Silent Walk with myself and Lucy
11:30 - 18:00 Free time to use spa and enjoy the grounds
18:00 Mindful Movement; Yoga
19:30 Dinner at The Lake View Resturant
21:00 Breathwork by candlelight into bedtime Meditation

Day 3; 22.06.2024
Group Breakfast and free time to prepare for check out
I will host a short pre journey Yoga stretch before we all set off safely too
